Does Property Compliance certify that my property is legally compliant?
No. It organises the evidence you provide, shows what can and cannot be determined, and highlights matters that may need review. It is not a legal certificate, government status or substitute for professional advice.
What is included in the free snapshot?
The initial allowance is designed for one property: a controlled questionnaire, a limited set of evidence, reviewable evidence states and suggested next actions. The allowance remains subject to confirmation in the central Atlas entitlement model.
Are the same records required for every property?
No. Requirements vary by property, tenure, location, occupation and use. The snapshot keeps this context visible instead of applying one universal checklist.
Can I correct information extracted from a document?
That is the intended product behaviour. Extracted facts should remain linked to their source, confidence and review date, and users should be able to correct them before relying on a snapshot.
